Product tester FAQ
1.How many products can I test?
We will release the products to you at reasonable intervals.
2.How long do I have time to test a product?
Since it varies from product to product, the evaluation should be made only after a sufficient testing period.
3.when will I get the money refund?
The refund of the purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be arranged as soon as the evaluation is online.
4.Do I have to abide by a contract?
No, it is a voluntary participation. If you are no longer interested in product testing, you can simply let us know at any time. However, we prefer a longer cooperation.
5.Does my review have to be different on different platforms?
No, you can submit your review with the same wording on the different platforms. Again, it is important that you express your objective and honest opinion and follow our guidelines for writing a review.
6. what do I have to consider when writing a review?
Your review should be about the product, product reviews are not about customer service or the shipping provider. Do not disclose any personal or identifiable information such as your full name.
7. my questions are not all answered. Who can I contact?
Before you start the test, we ask you to read the relevant terms and conditions of participation and to inform yourself about the conditions and procedures on the product tester platform. If you still have unanswered questions, our Juvenilis product tester team is always available to help. You can reach us by email at marketing@juvenilis.de and by phone at the customer service number.
8. Can I apply for different tests at the same time?
You can apply to all product tests offered, but only one review per product is possible. Please note that multiple applications from different people of the same household for a product test will not increase the chances and may even lead to exclusion.
9 How can I apply for a product test?
Becoming a Juvenilis product tester is easy: register and activate your account via the link in the confirmation email. If you already have a log in, you can log in immediately with your existing account. Take a look around our platform and select a test that interests you. Apply to that test. We will notify you by email if you are selected as a tester. An application is only possible via this platform for the prtoducts listed there in the "Tests" section. Test applications for products that are not listed on this platform as well as applications via e-mail can unfortunately not be considered.
