Conditions of participation Bonus programme
The Juvenilis.com bonus programme rewards your loyalty as a Juvenilis customer. To get an insight into our bonus programme, please click here.
The following conditions apply to the collection of Juvenilis points:
1. participation
All Juvenilis.co.uk customers who have registered as customers during the ordering process and accepted these terms and conditions are eligible to participate. You accept the Terms and Conditions of Participation by selecting the "Participate in the Juvenilis.co.uk Bonus Programme" check box when you enter your user information or via the "My Account/User Information" navigation bar.
2. bonus programme information
You will receive regular information about your bonus points. If you agree to the bonus programme, you will automatically receive emails informing you of your current points balance. You can cancel these notifications at any time in the "My Account" section.
3. bonus points
3.1 General
Juvenilis points, which are credited to a customer's points account, form the mathematical basis of the bonus programme. The points account is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash and paid out. The current balance of your points account is listed in your personal area under "My account" and can only be viewed by you at any time.
3.2 Crediting of points
Every participant in the Juvenilis.de bonus programme will automatically receive bonus points with every order from 20.06.2014 onwards. For each paid order placed with Juvenilis.de or another order channel, you will be credited with 1 Juvenilis point for each full euro of the invoice amount (excluding shipping costs and surcharges) (plus Juvenilis points from current promotions where applicable) 30 days after receipt of payment. The credit is made in the customer account with which the order was placed. If you order via several customer accounts at Juvenilis.com or another ordering channel, the points will be credited according to the individual accounts. It is not possible to transfer points to another customer account.
3.3 Expiry of points
If you do not redeem your points within 365 days, your Juvenilis points will be forfeited from this order. If you place an order within 365 days, your points can be redeemed. The new Juvenilis points will also be credited as described in point 3.2. The date on which your next Juvenilis points expire will be indicated separately in your points account.
4 bonus points
You can redeem your bonus points earned through purchases at Juvenilis.co.uk or any other ordering channel with each subsequent purchase.
To do this, simply place a tick in the payment step "Select payment method" next to the phrase: "Use my bonus points, xx Juvenilis points (xx €) available".
Select your desired payment method and click on CONTINUE.
On the last page of the order process, you will then find the amount of bonus points deducted in the totals overview.
5. other bonus programmes
As a welcome gift, you will be credited 250 Juvenilis points upon successful registration to the bonus programme.
You can also collect another 100 Juvenilis points every time you write a high-quality product review. These are credited at the time the review is activated by us.
6. miscellaneous
6.1 Ending the programme
Juvenilis.co.uk reserves the right to terminate the Juvenilis Bonus Programme at any time or replace it with another programme.
6.2 Changes
Juvenilis.co.uk reserves the right to make changes or amendments to the terms and conditions of participation or the bonus programme procedures described at any time. Participants may not claim damages from Juvenilis.com for statutory country-specific changes. Amendments or changes to these terms and conditions of participation will be announced by publication on the website.
7. data protection
The personal data collected through participation will be processed and used for purposes that serve the implementation of the programme. No data will be passed on to third parties.
8. termination
Participation in the Juvenilis Bonus Programme can be cancelled in writing at any time. To take part in the programme again, the participant must confirm this again by accepting the conditions of participation. Juvenilis.co.uk reserves the right to exclude a customer account from the bonus programme for good cause.
