The Ecuadorian cacao grows together with many different fruit trees - this is also reflected in the taste: this is flowery-nutty and also reminds of mangos and oranges due to the fine citrus acid. The cocoa mass is processed to a very high quality and therefore has a melting that is reminiscent of chocolate - overall, the mass is very homogeneous and has a chocolate-brown matt-glossy appearance.
Like any of our masses, it contains all the vital substances of the cocoa bean and is therefore ideal for cocoa ceremonies, but it is also excellent for all other hot drinks.
