With each order as a registered user your account will be automatically credited with points.

How do you receive your points?

You will receive 1 point for every Euro you buy from us. The points are credited 30 days after the purchase.

As a welcome gift, you will be credited 250 Juvenilis points when you successfully register and sign up for the bonus programme.

What are the points worth?

When redeemed, each point is worth 1 cent.

How do I redeem my points?

Place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping basket as normal.
To do this, simply place a check mark at the payment step "Select payment method" next to the phrase: "Use my bonus points, xx Juvenilis points (xx €) available".
You have 12 months to redeem the points you have received.

Where do I see my points balance?

As a registered online customer you can see your points balance at any time
here in the shop under "My Account".
