Dr. Jung Pharma - Borage oil

Borage has the highest content of gamma-linolenic acid of all plants. This is an omega-6 fatty acid. Its base, linoleic acid, cannot be synthesized by the human organism itself, which means that it must be ingested with food.

The main omega-6 fatty acids are:

- Gamma-linolenic acid
- Arachidonic acid
