Apply mask to cleansed, dry skin and press lightly. Remove the protective film and adjust the mask to the contours of the face. Lean back and relax. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes. After the exposure time, remove the mask and gently massage in any residue (our recommendation) or remove with a cotton pad.
