New year - new chance to do something good for your body
Good resolutions for next year know and have probably as good as everyone. In 2017 these three resolutions were still in the top 3 (source:Statsita.com):
- 50% want to do more sports
- 46 % want to lose weight
- 41% says a healthier diet is important
For the year 2018 the intentions have changed a little. Sport, healthy nutrition and weight loss are still part of the program, but "avoiding stress" and "more time for the family" have now become more important to the Germans.
What would it be nice to have more time for everything! Since we cannot increase time, we must learn to use time more efficiently.
- Why don't you just do sports with your friends? It doesn't always have to be a gym. There are many outdoor sports, such as inline skating or swimming. If your goal is to advance your athlete career more, you should make sure that your body and especially your muscles are always supplied with sufficient nutrients.
