Iron & Vitamin C Complex is designed to naturally support red blood cell and hemoglobin formation while enhancing iron absorption.

GSE uses natural iron from curry leaf to provide an effective yet gentle form of iron supplementation. Plant-based iron is generally very gentle on the human digestive system.

Vitamin C is an iron utilization aide, it helps the body better utilize the iron provided. GSE uses natural vitamin C from the organically grown Indian Amla fruit. Among many other valuable ingredients, this fruit contains more vitamin C than almost any other fruit, which is why we do not need to use synthetically produced ascorbic acid.

The product is gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan.
