It is a high-quality, purely vegetable special flour, which results from the gentle pressing of our organic hemp oil.
The so-called hemp press cake is carefully ground (temperature development < 40 °) and then sieved. Thus, the organic hemp flour has raw food quality and still retains all its important nutrients. In addition to the high protein content, the hemp flour is also characterized by its high fiber content (about 50% fiber). It gives dishes and baked goods a pleasant nutty flavor.
Tip: As a rule of thumb for the use of hemp flour in baked goods: up to 10% of the conventional cereal flour can be replaced by organic hemp flour. Furthermore, it is still suitable for thickening soups and sauces.
