The salted hemp puree from Hanf & Natur is 100% organic and can be used as a spread on bread, in smoothies but also for cooking or baking. The organic hemp puree is made only from the peeled organic hemp seeds and refined with a small pinch of salt. Therefore, it has all the high-quality ingredients of the hemp seeds such as the high proportion of vegetable proteins and essential amino acids, the unsaturated fatty acids (including omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid) and not to forget the vitamins and minerals.
