The cold pressed oil is made from selected varieties of edible hemp. It tastes pleasantly mild and nutty. It is characterised by the unsaturated fatty acids oleic, linoleic and linolenic acid and gamma-linolenic acid, which it contains as the only vegetable oil in an optimally digestible composition: these high-quality fatty acids are also known as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Hemp oil is one of the suppliers of omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids and is cholesterol-free.

It is not suitable for high heating (frying, deep-frying). (Please do not heat over 180° C)
