The skin, hair and nails capsule contains a combination of pearl millet extract and valuable B vitamins and trace elements. <!--strong>Silica is particularly rich in silicon, a trace element that is responsible for the stabilizing cross-linking of glucosaminoglycans in the connective tissue.</!--strong>
Because of their horny texture, hair and nails need almost the same growth substances. The trace elements copper and zinc complement each other because copper maintains normal skin and hair pigmentation and zinc maintains normal nails. Vitamin B6 and B5 also contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Hair and nails grow very slowly, therefore the intake should last sufficiently long, i.e. over months.
