This pineapple from Taiga Naturkost is much more than "dried pineapple" as it is often known - it is a pleasantly soft, absolutely ripe and fresh tasting, wonderfully sour-sweet taste experience for young and old!
A small fair trade family cooperative in Tanzania nurtures and cares for the tasty pineapples and harvests them at the highest level of ripeness. Within a few days they are dried so gently that - once they arrive here - they taste at least as fresh as fresh pineapples bought here, despite the drying process, and of course all this without additives and without sulphurization.
