The story began when Rosalba Valmori, herself plagued by ear complaints, achieved positive results with the use of a natural remedy, the predecessor of today's ear candle. The joy of rediscovering an ancient folk medicine treatment and the desire to share it with others led to the creation of the Otosan company in Forlì, which over the years has become one of the market leaders in ear hygiene products.

Over the years, Otosan has expanded its field of activity from ear care to include Ear, Nose and Throat (NHO). The focus has always been on gentle treatment with gentle ingredients of natural origin.
